Grief retreats in Australia
Grief Trips has already travelled to Australia with a small group of grieving people, and we're returning in 2027. Here's a look back at the last Australia grief retreat, what past travellers said, and how to be first in line for the next one.
Our Australia grief retreat
A grief retreat is a small group of grieving people travelling together, guided by facilitators who have walked through loss themselves. In Australia, the days moved between grief workshops, one-to-one support and sharing circles and the kind of wide, quiet landscape that gives grief room to breathe. Everything was optional. Most people came alone, and left with people who understand their loss in a way few others can.

Grief workshops, yoga and sharing circles were woven through, and everything was optional. Here's how the days unfolded:
The 2027 Australia retreat will have its own itinerary, shaped in the same spirit. Join the waitlist below to see it first.
