Australia Grief Retreat

Waiting list open Port Douglas, Queensland 7 days / 6 nights Max 10 participants

In Tropical North Queensland, the rainforest meets the reef. Port Douglas is a relaxed coastal town where the Daintree, some of the oldest rainforest on earth, sits beside the Great Barrier Reef and a long, quiet stretch of Four Mile Beach. Our Australia Grief Trip is a small-group grief retreat that weaves daily grief workshops and sharing circles through beach yoga, rainforest walks and unhurried afternoons. The 20–26 June 2027 retreat isn't open for booking yet, so this is your place to join the waiting list and be first to secure a place.

Why Australia, when you're grieving

Grief can make the world feel small and airless. Tropical North Queensland does the opposite: wide beaches, ancient rainforest, and an ocean that stretches past the horizon. It gives big feelings somewhere to go, without asking anything of you.

The week moves between depth and ease: morning grief workshops with facilitators who have walked through loss themselves, then a walk in the Daintree, a day on the reef, sunset yoga on the sand and a sound-healing session as the light drops. Nothing is compulsory; you go as gently or as deeply as feels right.

You never have to organise a thing beyond arriving. Airport transfers, transport between every activity and each excursion are held for you, so your only job is to be here.

Day by day

Everything on the itinerary is optional: go as gently or as deeply as feels right. The full schedule for the 20–26 June 2027 retreat goes to the waiting list first.
