The Joy of Being Fully Yourself on a Grief Retreat

Going on grief trips brings me joy. Not just any joy, but the joy of choosing silence in good company instead of recharging alone. The joy of unrestrained laughter. The joy of talking freely about our loved ones. The joy of answering "How are you?" with the truth: "I'm tired," "It's heavy today," or "I need some alone time."

On our grief retreats, there's space for all of you: 100% present, 100% authentic. Grief and joy coexist here, and it feels liberating.

I'm grateful to have shared these many forms of joy with a small group of women who truly get it.

Curious what a grief trip is actually like?
