Going on the grief trip to Portugal with Rachel as the facilitator was probably the best decision I've ever made after both my parents passed.
Words cannot fully capture what this trip meant to me. It's been an absolute roller coaster of emotions, safely explored with a community of women who have each gone through their own unimaginable loss. We cry, we laugh, we talk endlessly about our loved ones, and we learn how to be gentler with ourselves, and how to move forward.
Being from Singapore, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to connect with such an international community, but everyone has been so open, and patient and welcoming, and I honestly felt I've made friends for life.
This was all made possible because of Rachel, who always made the effort to check in with everyone. Her gentle manner, insightful sessions and sincere heart makes you feel heard, seen, and understood.
